11 days and still waiting

I was recently retrenched and approached my local standard bank branch to query my Stannic car finance benefits in such a situation. I was helped right away where the lady put me on the phone with a Stannic consultant. Security checks were done over the phone and the lady over the phone told me that she needs to verify if my account is older than a year which she confirmed it was. She then told me that Stannic would assist with different options to help me and that all I had to do was complete forms which they would mail to me shortly and send them back. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT TO ME!!!
It's been 11 days since I spoke with the Stannic consultant or heard anything from them.
If this is what you call customer service you might as well get rid of all staff and replace them with automated recordings.
