I have 10 year investment policy with OLD Mutual, during that time I took a loan against the investment. Then at a later stage I increased my premiums so that the pay out wouldn't be affected negatively. The policy was meant to pay out @ the end of March 2013. It didn't pay out & I decided to cal them & find out why, then only was I notified about the rule they have against increasing premiums for over 20 percent.
Now they refuse to pay out & I need my money.
