On Easypay website they advertise that if you open a VCPay account with them and transfer money into that account from your bank namely Standard Bank your funds will be available within 30 min. It's now 5 days later and numerous calls like 4 to 5 calls a day. Karabo or David or the supervisor keeps on telling you that the problem is with the relevant people. He can't even give you a phone number of the relevant people as the only work with ref numbers. They refuse to give your an email address of the people working with your so called issue. If you ask for a refund they tell you 5 - 7 working days to get your own money back. That is bull. I have read trough the response from easypay. Please don't thank me for making use of your service as is. I will never make use of it again and would tell people to avoid your service.
