I took my car into the KIA Goldreef branch for a routine service. I then get a call a couple hours later saying that the brake pads are completely finished & that the brake disks are now damaged as a result of the pads that are finished.
So the they say there has been metal on metal contact & they have to be replaced. But Im thinking, doesn't metal on metal make a really bad noise... But I haven't been hearing anything.
So they say that they got authorization from Liquid Capital to replace pads but not disks. Im thinking why though as this Is covered in the Maintenance plan, so basically between Liquid Capital & KIA Gold reef it is because of my negligence that it was declined.
Really? So R3000 later I still haven't had proper feedback. I was just expected to pay up
