Debiting my account without contacting me!

My account was debited for R6000 and i havent been contacted nor have any arrangements being made.
my accounts have been arrears as of financial difficulties, i have applied for debt review so i can get my life back on track, i supposed to have paid my first payment to debt review today, when i checked my account FNB had deducted R3000 x2 from my account. i immediately called the call centre and was put through to the legal department, they refused my debt review status and said they will not reverse the funds! how the must i survive with a lump sump of R6000 gone! The lady told me thats my problem, and they will not refund me at all even if i do make payment arrangements! i want my money back immediately, and reasonable arrangements to be made!
