I phoned Absa Home loans requesting Loan Agreement Documents on the 31 October 13. I was promised the documents will be e-mailed to me within three to four working days, a week later the document were still not sent. when i phoned again for feedback, i was told that the person that dealt with my request did not understand my request and requested something else, i was then promised to expect another e-mail within four working days. Again, a week passed with no e-mail sent to me, when i called last week, the same accuse/story was waiting for four days was told. This is now the fourth week and i haven't received anything from them. To make it worse, i lodged a complaint with their Query site this Monday, no one has come back to me with feedback. I'm not sure if ABSA employs incompetent people or they just don't care or understand what good service means?
