My daughter was involved in a car accident in September 2013. She called Outsurance who is the insurance and a lady by name Portia Mtembu assisted her. She made my daughter relaxed and handled the claim with big professionalism. They also called m, e as the insurance is on my name. I requested them to please claim the access payment back from the other driver/owner. Today a lady Chareen Boshoff called me and very friendly informed me that they have obtained the access and will pay it into my account. I want to thank them for this great service and can say other insurances can learn from Outsurance to what great service and feedback is all about.
