16/11/2013, I went into ABSA Eastgate. Customer jumped the queue after consultant at counter 3 left her station to speak to her. i complained and was told that as soon as the same counter 3 was available i would be assisted. Counter 3 was not advised of this and assisted another customer before me. when i went to her counter, rather than help me she was assisting on counter 2 who was trying to help the customer that had skipped the queue. I was standing like an waiting for assistance and finally went to counter 1 and asked for help. ABSA systems are continually offline, On more than one occassion i was declined at the till as ABSA systems were offline. I thought it was just me but i saw another customer experiencingthe same problem. If they wish for us to take our business elsewhere then we should be told as this is very embarassing.
