UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

Yesterday I tried to withdraw cash from my FNB account and to no avail. After I phoned bank they informed me Nedbank where our Homeloan was deducted an amount of R2600.00 which is our monthly instalment.

Phoned Nedbank after hours homeloan they were not able to assist and said I should phone back this morning. Phoned this morning and it was a tracking debit. I mean its the 19th of November we get paid at the end of month and to take a whole 2600.00 without consulting us. Thats cause we never signed up for a debit on the 19th.

We are left with R 4.35 for the month to feed a family of six. I demand a refund.
