I was delightfully surprised during my telephone conversation with a consultant from Dial Direct Insurance regarding a new policy that I am taking out. Bruce Boukaka was the consultant assisting me and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone line. During our call he was friendly, courteous and absolutely professional. His command of the English language is commendable and I find it refreshing to speak to a person who speaks audibly and clearly over the phone. Every question of mine was answered with patience and professionalism.
