I have requested statements from African Bank, since you first called me to say 1 account is behind, did not receive statement. Got calls again stating that another account is actually behind, requested statements, nothing received. Then i got another call stating all accounts are behind. Requested statements. Nothing received.
Zanele called me on Monday and today 4 times. The more i request from her to send the statements, the more she wished to argue. I have always been a very good client and payer, do not treat me like dirt. Help me so that we can get this resolved ASAP and figure out, if something went wrong, what it was.
