Not receiving my credit card

I ask for a new ABSA credit card on the 23/10/2013. I told the lady that I need the card for my overseas trip in December. The one I have has a faulty chip since I received it. The lady told me it will take a week. I received a sms saying my card is ready for collection at my branch on 30/10/2013. Then again on 07/11/2013. So I went to the bank on 08/11/2013 stand in the queue for half an hour. Then the lady told me that my card is still not sent from their card department to my branch. I told the lady that I need the card for my overseas trip in Dec and she said it will be here by Tuesday 12/11/2013. I still have not received my card. And I leave on 4 Dec. Then I will still have to struggle to make my card open for my trip as well. Up to date no sms were received for collection of my card.
