After changing to dial direct from another insurance company due to bad service everything seemed fine and they gladly took my money every month no questions asked, When I tried to claim for an accident (on the 26th of October) I was told to take my car in for assessment on the first of November. From there I didn't get any feedback from them, every time I spoke to them I had to phone them and finally on the 18th of November they rejected my claim due to incorrect information, They can track my insurance history for more than seven years with a gap of a few months. This should have been done before taking my money I would therefore like all of my money back, had I invested that money I would have gotten interest on it so I also feel it is only fair that they give me good returns on the money I "invested" there
