No tablet and no feedback

As a new client with FNB I took the offer to get a tablet and placed my order on the 25-Oct-13.To date I have no tablet and I am on the phone with their call centre almost every day. I am not getting any answers or feedback on when I am getting my tablet. I have been in contact with a manager named Victor Fraser the past week. He keeps on escalating the matter with the couriers and tells me he will phone me back each time but that doesn't happen either! It is almost a month after I placed the order and I am not getting any direct answers on my questions. I am really impressed with FNB services from opening my account, card delivery, internet reg etc. but I am utterly disgusted with the way the smartphone / tablet department operates. If I do not have my tablet by the end of the week I will cancel my order. Please do not apologise for any inconvenience caused I am not interested just give me feedback and answers!
