I have been an Fnb client now for 5 years, one of the reasons I joined Fnb was cause of the extra customer value they add to the service with the reward program of E-bucks. For 5 years now I have been swiping my card and buying stuff from the associated businesses linked to the E-Bucks program in the thought of that I'm earning E-Bucks for it.

Recently fnb added the E-bucks account to the online banking where you can see the E-Bucks you have accumulated. After looking at the account I was surprised to see that I have never accumulated any E-Bucks on my account in 5 years. I left an complaint online on the fnb website and a women from E-Bucks did phone me explaining that I have never earned any E-Bucks cause of a market setting that was never activated and that it needs to be activated to earn E-Bucks.

What surprises me the most is that this was never said to me or explained to me by Fnb or my branch in 5years which is ridiculous. I tried to call my branch and resolve the issue couldn't resolve the issue since the branch manager never answers his phone every time I call.

This is absolutely poor service and not living up to the standards that Fnb advertises.
