The most rude person employed by Absa

On Saturday morning I went to the Absa atm outside the branch to get bank statement and the atm gives an option to select dates when I put in the dates from August to current it only provide me from the 10 October to the 16 Nov then I tried again as I require 3 months statement which gave me the same results as earlier I then went inside the branch and carol was front line I explained the situation and she was so rude no people skills was not prepared to help me passing me to The queue for bank statement which was unacceptable she even agured with my spouse and even said WOW I AM BEEN rude my spouse requested to speak to the manager she was making excuses he eventually spoke to a manager who was very helpful. Employ people that want to work. She should not be there her attitude stink. We don't need this kind of attitude especially in front line. I really hope that some measures be taken against her. I am actually thinking of closing my accounts and moving over to another bank where people have people skills and they functionality works.
