From the week around the 16/10/2013 I have filed a cellphone insurance claim against my cellphone insurance with the supplier-24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance, however to date the cellphone hasn't been collected and i receive collection promises everyday and the courier company never comes to collect the handset..I am very disappointed by the slowness of the service on this claim.
The sad part is that no official at finrite or pinnacle marketing is making follow ups on this claim or making efforts of closing the case.
