Incompetent standard bank

On the 31/10/2013 around 5pm i deposited R300 to someone's standard bank acc using auto bank, the machine jammed without giving me a deposit slip, i went to standard bank and met a lady called Liziwe, i explained my problem she gave me a REF no: 55744769 and said the problem will be fixed within 6 working days, to my surprise it has passed 2 weeks and now approaching 3 weeks and still that person has not received the money. today i decide to call standard bank they tell me my case is still under investigation and they will call me within few minutes to let me know about the outcome and i'm still waiting, how long does it take to investigate i need my money its not standard banks. please live up to expectations.
