RE: Overdue Claim - No response from Discovery Insure!
I am having absolutely no joy in the claims process with Discovery, through many correspondence made with the liabilities department on my expense and after all the requested for documents submitted, I receive no feedback whatsoever from Discovery. My settlement letter was sent for processing on 2013/10/22 and was informed that it will endure 10 days before payment will take place, up until today 2013/11/18 no claim was paid and no phone call from Discovery at all. I keep on emailing and phoning but with no success!
My claim process was initiated with, and handled by Althea Fourie [Email Removed] and settlement letter was sent to Amos Seanego, [Email Removed]
I need this to be dealt with now ASAP!!!
