Money was withdrawn from my account in the middle of the night during the month of may this year and at the branch l was told that they will investigate the matter and when l went back to them weeks later, on the consultants' computer it showed that the money was refunded into my account of which it was not true. so when he called the investigating department he was told a different story that they will not refund my money coz a physical card was used. how because l still had my card with me. someone from absa must be our money and am not going to give up until l get my money back, even if l have to go to the press l will do so soon. lf our money is not safe at the bank were should we keep it?
