FICA docs submitted but bank wont update status

I've had a second home loan with Standard Bank now for 7 years, and suddenly I was told I have to FICA the account. I have been to van der Walt Branch in Pretoria 2 times to submit the certified documents, but still they wont update my FICA details, and so I can't even get an access bond on the account, or get the progress payment made from the building home loan as they are not updating. I went to Clearwater branch, had a lady there fax my CERTIFIED ID and proof of residence to the responsible place at Head Office AGAIN, she even kept the documents for follow-up, but still I get sms's from home loans that my account is not FICA'd and I have to go to a branch. My whole profile is FICA'd, and the lady at Clearwater even said this HL account doesn't appear under my profile in the branch systems, but when I log on to internet banking it appears. This is obviously a system problem that I can do nothing about. If I've been to a branch 4 times and did the same process buy they still don't update my profile, what more do they want from me? I need this home loan FICA'd & all my accounts under one profile. FNB would have sorted this long time. How many times must I go to a branch?
