First National Bank
Credit Card limit increase application

I went to Tembisa Plaza Branch on the 11th of October to apply for an increase on my credit card and the bank teller contacted the credit card department who then asked me to submit my current payslip for it to be authorised. I then sent a copy of my payslip and confirmation of employment on the 14th of October through e-mail. Having received no feedback from the email i sent, I went into the Tembisa Plaza branch on the 2nd of November with my October payslip and passport and the bank teller faxed it through to the credit card department and told me that I should expect response within 4 working days.

I have now called the Credit card department and spoke to Simmon, who told me that they now require me to resubmit all the documents that I submitted upon my initial application. Why do they require all those documents when I sent them through in March this year, the only thing that has changed is my salary and I have submitted the latest payslip. Noone from FNB has contacted me about that application since the 2nd and today when I called to enquire what the hold up is I am told that they want me to resubmit all the documents I sent them this year. Where have they put my documents?
