Bad Service From Wesbank

My Vehicle is financed through Wesbank. There is a refund due to me. Everytime I phone them they go through the security questions and ask with which financial institution I am banking. After various phone Calls which was all between 15 and 20 minutes, they now refunded me to an ABSA account that NO LONGER exists. I phoned again on Friday when a Manager promised me the funds will be paid to myself today. This morning when I phoned again one of the consultants again had to escalate this matter. Wesbank is quick to phone you when you owe them money and charge you per call but the service are extremely poor when they need to pay you back!
