I was on my way to work when I had a car accident. I was feeling quite down and I really did not want to go through the process of processing a claim. Luckily I got through to Paul who assisted me with a professional but friendly attitude.
I was absolutely lost, I did not know what to do and what not to do, but Paul assisted me and explained everything that I need to do.
After I have sent all documents to Paul, I received a phone call from Lizelle, who assisted me further with my claim, she was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. Within 48 hours my claim was approved and my car was booked for repairs.
Although I miss my car and cannot wait to get it back, I am thankful that I am a client of Outsurance. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Outsurance, I am truly a happy client. Thanks to Lizelle and Paul.
