I am so disappointed with the discovery life policy consulting services. I have been waiting for my Life Policy authorisation for the last 4 months. The worse irritating thing is that the discovery consultant has already cancelled my Momentum Life Policy before discovery approves my Life Policy. I am even considering Legal Action against Discovery to reinstate my Momentum Policy.
If this matter is not sorted out in 5 days from now, I have no option but to escalate to the ombudsman and then take legal action against Discovery.
