Standard bank is Useless

I was ted up with fnb so I contacted Standard band to open business account and personal account for all personal in the company what a big mistake. 5 week later no debit orders where changed. I didn't even up to now received my bank card from standard bank. I cant pay any bill so what happens all the stores that I owe money, put me on ITC so now my name and I cant bay my house all because off one lazy women that didn't do her job. Personal dank detail were mixed up. my children's policies is being cancelled, my policies and my wife's policies is also in the proses of being cancelled. What a big mistake to go to standard bank
