WORST SERVICE EVER

I APPLIED FOR DEBT COUSELLING & HAD NOTIFIED THE BANK THAT DUE THE MY CIRCUMSTANCES I WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM... I HAVE BEEN TO THE BANK 3 TIMES IN 3 WEEKS, I HAVE HAD TO PAY R460 TO DATE TO TRY & GET THE ACCOUNT CLOSED. MONEY I DONT HAVE... OR I WOULD NOT BE APPLYING FOR DEBT COUNSELLING:(
DUE TO ME BEING UNDER DEBT REVIEW THE BRANCH CANNOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, ANOTHER DEPT NEEDS TO DO THIS, ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS & I AM STILL WAITING - I GOT A SMS AGAIN THIS MORNING: FNB :-) Your Cheque account available balance is below R250. I AM HORRIFIED THAT IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH MONEY JUST TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!
