My ipad and laptop was, while i was away. I reported the at SAPS on the 25/10. I contacted Virgin Insurance and spoke to Ntokozo, they wanted an ICT nr for my ipad. for more than a week I struggled because no one can give me an ITC nr because my ipad didn't have a sim card. and you can only get an ITC nr if it had a sim card in. My brother phoned on my behalf the 2/11/13 and he was told that they understand the ITC problem and will process the claim with the SN/invoices/quotes, they will contact very soon. The following Monday I phoned and nobody had any idea about our conversations the Saturday. and we were back at square 1 with the ITC numbers. We contacted the Istore and told them that our insurance can't register the claim without proof that the IPAD was blocked, they told us they can't block without "Find my Iphone" app (which wasn't activated), they told me they can only Hotlist the ipad and did so. (MTN/VODACOM can't give an ITC because we didn't use a SIM). Until now the issue still hasn't been resolved I haven't received a claim nr!? everyone promise to phone back and rarely does! I am so disappointed in Virgin, every time i phone i have to start all over again!
