I have a retirement fund with old mutual evergreen fund. I resigned from my previous job in september 2013.After realising that old mutual is taking long to process my retirement, i called them and they informed me they have not received my claim form. I called my previous company and they said they submitted everything to their broker Ferahknight FBS number 17761.Ferahknight also informed me they submitted everything. This is frustrating for me as I need that money to sort myself out. Someone please attend to this metter ASAP.I'm expecting a pay out in the next two working days as I've been waiting for long.
With my new Job I opened another retirement fund with old mutual but my confidence that they can deliver is growing slim.
