REFUSE TO HELP WITH MY OWN ACCOUNT

I LOGGED MYSELF OUT OF MY INTERNET BANKING BY MISTAKE. WHEN I PHONED, I WAS ASKED ALL THE SECURITY QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD THAT I FAILED. I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY THAT IT COULD ONLY BE THE PHONE NUMBERS, BECAUSE WE MOVED AND OUT LANDLINE CHANGED, AND WE HAVE 3 CELLPHONE NUMBERS AS WE RUN A BUSINESS, (ALTHOUGH I HAVE CHANGED THE PHONE NUMBERS WITH NEDBANK.)
THIS IS MY ACCOUNT AND I KNOW THAT ALL THE OTHER QUESTIONS WAS ANSWERED CORRECTLY.
I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A SECURITY MEASURE, BUT I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY THAT WE MOVED AND THE LANDLINE CHANGED, MAYBE THEY STILL HAVE THE OLD NUMBER. SHE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME FURTHER.
I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I RUN A BUSINESS AND I NEED TO PAY MY DRIVERS SALARIES. WHICH SE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT AT ALL. INSISTING SHE WONT HELP ME!!
I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF CLOSING MY ACCOUNT, (BUSINESS AND MY PERSONALL ACCOUNTS).
SUCH BAD SERVICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF FEES WE PAY EVERY MONTH!! TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL.
