I went to Standard Bank Industria on the 15/11/13 and I got very impatient with the queue to see a consultant for a confirmation letter. I was told the other consultants were on lunch.

After seeing the consultant by the name Nyezi Vilakazi I got better because of the great service he gave to me. Respecting, patient with clients and going an extra mile
