I inquired about one of my accounts at the help desk at Nedbank Monanta. The lady helping me, Jessica was rude and obnoxious. After some time I became frustrated and said maybe I should just closed all our personal and business accounts if this is the way this is done.
Without responding with a solution, she told me to bring my cards and that she will close the accounts. And with an attitude! Without asking, she said that I must know that if I open an account at another bank, they cannot request details from Nedbank.
We have 5 accounts with Nedbank and a turnover of R5m pa. But if Nedbank does not want our business, I will discuss it with FNB
