NO CLIENT SERVICE

On Saturday Morning 4 months ago, a woke up early and went to this ABSA branch, next to the Centurion Mall in Heuwel. I got married last year September and wanted to inform ABSA that I got married, so I took my ID Book, an ID copy and my marriage certificate and I went to change a debit order date.

And then... That branch did not change anything on their system. I had to phone then the whole time for service! and then now this week... Hermien from ABSA contact me and says that my ID copy is not clear enough. So ABSA only realised this after 4 months? While I had my ID book there that day?

I have been with ABSA for years and only with GOOD AND GREAT SERVICE at OTHER branches such as Woodlands and Monument Park. Why is that branch so pathetic?

Please UP you customer services ABSA BUILDING CENTURION!
