Incompetent People and Service

I have asked to change my debit order detail to new account, i have kept all the email records, the person said ok after chatting said its changed. after a couple of days i received smsed and phone calls, i am owing RCS money. i called the call center and asked what is going on, the lady who helped me said the previous person did not log the call and did not make the changes, and the she asked so i want to cancel my debit order, in witch i could no grasp what is currently going on here, i said to her, NO i requested a debit order account change. No it was no logged. now because with their incompetence i have to take the fall witch i am not going to stand for, not again, its unacceptable and bad service. To day 14.11.2013 they phoned again asking for payment, and i said i am not taking responsibility for it. the the lady wants my details, cell number, email address, i asked, don't you have that on your system and she said NO, then i asked how the did you get my work number then? she kept quit. Flippen as well. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
