NEDBANK CREDIT CARD - DON'T SPEND MONEY, NEDBANK

In July 2013 a transaction to the value of almost R4, 000 was approved by Nedbank, on my credit card account.

Almost 4 (four) months later,
after almost 20 (twenty) verbal conversations, mostly harassment & threads from Nedbank's incompenant staff,
bad sm's,
etc.
absolute no solution to THEIR UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION (S), HAVE BEEN FOUND.

Yet, today, after closing my account, replacement of my credit cards as well as Petrol card, I was simply informed that another fraudalent transaction by the same previous company, to the value of approx R3, 560, was approved by Nedbank. Wow, what a lovely Tuesday!!

How on earth is this possible? Transaction reported by myself verbal & dispute form, cards being cancelled and replaced, non-payments from my side for 4 months (I admit), simply because due to all the I experienced with Nedbank, I was and still am too scared to transfer any money to any cards. So kill me for pee-ing my pants!

Yet, threads. No solution!

Kindly, please - protect yourself and your loved one's, and your clients, and all people you know, from this severe embarresment and risk. Also warn all your foreign clients not to use Nedbank credit!
