I have sent complaints to capitec and no one came back to me!!! I cancelled my debit order because capitec does not understand that i only get paid on the 25th. But still it gets deducted on the 23rd!!!
I phoned capitec to get their banking details and sure as " sorry we cant give out that type of information".
How the do you want me to pay my account!!!
How you can run a bussiness is beyond me!!!
