I too cannot reach any creditworx branch throughout South Africa. All the numbers either don't exist or has been changed without an alternative number. My husband was contacted in August to let him know that he still has a balance of R906.09 on his Telkom account when I did not make a payment. I have paid three instalments since then and have tried since last week to get hold of someone to give me a final balance or paid up letter. What concerns me is that we pay for every phone call made or email sent to us but we cannot get hold of them with regards to queries, balances or paid up letters. Every concern I've read on Hello Peter is the same and all the reply's are we will contact you. Nothing seems to be resolved. Why don't they correct the contact details on their website so that customers can get hold of them to assist them better. If we don't get a response by the end of this week, then Telkom will have to sort this out with Creditworx themselves. I have proof of all payments made to Creditworx and according to my records every cent has been paid back so we don't owe Telkom any money.
