WARNING - NEDBANK DOES NOT COMPENSATE - THEY BLAME

Dear Nedbank.
Today I lodged an official complaint against you with the banking Ombudsman. I do not appreciate your accusations in saying I was negligent with my card when I was frauded on the night of 13 June - it took the exactly 6 minutes to clean my account out. My daily limit was R3000.00. They withdrew R5550.00 from account from 23h54 to 00h00 - six minutes (on the same day), whilst i was fast asleep and my card being in my handbag. Parktown branch received an email from the investigators on 16 July of which they only forwarded me the letter, on 31 July after me making many enquiries. Your accusations are defamatory to say the least. I lodged a complaint with the Nedbank Ombudsman on 4 October 2013 and to date have not heard a word. I was also informed that should I not hear from them within 20 days, I need to complaint to the Banking Ombudsman. I am seeking legal advice and am considering in going to the press. Thank my inheritance was not paid over that day... It would of have been drawn out since the "daily limit" criteria means nothing to Nedbank!!! Clients be aware - Nedbank will deny and blame you, for committed on your accounts!!!
