Good day

Last month I settled my accounts with African bank. I was promised a settlement or paid off letter.
when I do a credit check the account is still not closed and I haven't received my paid off letter from African bank.
Account was paid off 7 October 2013 even now the account is still active and I haven't received my settlementpaid off letter.
