So I went overseas in August using my credit card to swipe and withdraw cash. It is now November and I am being shafted by paying two finance charges. Apparently, there is a finance charge for swiping your card AND a charge for withdrawing cash, which then gets deducted separately. Strangely though, it gets deducted FROM your credit card. Which would then increase the APO payment for the next month as money has been "borrowed" again. Which would then also increase the finance charges for the next month. What a vicious circle! And the 55 day interest free period the Bank has you believe you to pay back, is another rip off. It is based on when you receive your statement, and then the FULL outstanding balance must be paid before the due date, it is not per transaction. My mind has been blown by this blatant BS. What a RIP OFF.
