Well Done Thabang Khesa for great service

I am the Managing Executive of the Virtual Contact Centre, a service provider of outsourced contact centres to large organisations.

I have been using MiWay for the past 18 months after leaving my previous insurance company for exceptionally bas service received.

I have recently sold one of my cars and needed to change my policy. I called the MiWay Contact Centre today and was lucky to be greeted very professionally by Thabang.

His warm and confident manner was so refreshing. His product knowlege was exceptional and I put down the phone feeling like he has provided me with legendary customer service.

Well done to MiWay for great service but most importantly WELL DONE to Thabang for wowing me and making me a happy MiWay customer.
