I have left 4 enquiries on the website requesting documentation from a previous claim of mine, to be sent to me. I haven't heard a peep back from Dial Direct. I have left 2 additional, please contact me requests on the website (even though I prefer to deal over email, I thought I could at least get someone to call me). Again, nothing.
I found an email address of a person who assisted me with a claim previously, in the hopes he could help or get some assistance for me, but apparently he doesn't work there any more as a received a hard bounce notification.
Nowhere on the website can I find an email address to send my query to. Don't make me phone you - it's not my preferred choice and I don't have time for synchronous communication right now.
I'm not sure how many more forms I need to complete, stating the same thing over and over again, before I get some assistance. If only you paid existing clients as much attention as you do potential leads.
This is disgusting - remedy immediately.
