Both my husband and I have insurance with Outsurance. We recently bought a new car and their quote was astronomical to insure the car. My husband subsequently cancelled his car insurance and has moved to another insurer. He phoned to cancel on 7 November 2013 and was told he was due a refund of the remainder of his premium (already debited for the month) of R377.00. It is now 8 days later and NO REFUND. You can't just keep the money and repay when you feel like it - just like I can't pay my premium when I feel like it. We are no longer covered by you so REFUND please and get this done.
