I have been unemployed since october last year till june this year, and because of that i have been unable to pay my debts, so now i am working and i need a loan to pay off all my debts but Capitec cannot grant me a loan for more than 4 months because of my payment history not satisfactory, yes i agree it is not satisfatory because i have not been working but now i am working and my salary is paid into my Capitec account, why cant they give me a loan so that i can pay my debts and maitain a positive credit profile? since i am a customer and they have been receiving my salary i expect them to be the one allowing me a loan to settle all my debts, but this has make me to even want to change my salary into another bank that understand people's problems, because to be honest if they can go through my credit record during the time when i was still working they can see that i was a very good payer and my record was excellent, i am disapointed on my own Bank i trusted and i am consifdering changing my salary to another bank.
