On arrival i was greeted by Azhar who spoke me briefly through what the plan was with the assessment. he said this would take 15 minutes and that i could wait in the lounge area. Within the 15 minutes time frame as promised the assessment was completed after which he spoke me through the next step of the process. All in all very happy with the service, i expected as much longer wait and a lot of paperwork!
