I recently wrote a report about an account being opened in my husbands name at Capitec. They claimed to have resolved it and cleared my husbands name but that was a because we are now 3 months down the line and this thing is still appearing under his name. I don't think you people even care about how this is affecting us, we are trying to buy a home and this nonsense is making it impossible other banks are declining our application because of this. This bank has made our lives a living. We'll be spending another year without a home because of you. Please just fix it I get that in a way your bank is also a victim but you are also victimising in the worst possible way
