I have been online calling them for more than an h

I transferred money from my savings acc to my cheque account and the transaction cannot be traced by anyone from standard bank how is that possible??? I mean I used my standard bank savings acc to transfer the money to my Standardbank cheque account and they tell me the money will reflect after 24hours as if I transferred frm a diff bank, they just give us answers to close the call they don't even listen what we say! This is a rreally bad service how come the transaction does not even reflect on statements???
