Noticed on my credit card statement today that the yearly Visa card fees were deducted. Seemed a bit steep and on further investigation noticed that I was charged for the two active cards as well as for three old cards that are listed as additional cards. I never requested an additional card at any time. I was contacted by Discovery to change my card for security reasons and the others I was just notified that a new card would be delivered. Why was the old ones not removed as soon as I activated the new ones and how can I be charged for additional cards that I never requested!! I wonder how many customers have been treated the same without noticing it?
