We logged a claim to get the roof repaired in October. November a contractor came out. Today 12 November I phone to hear if the claim has been approved. No feedback given. Surprise surprise Absa says leaves rotted and therefore caused the roof to rot so sorry ne. It amazes me how many excuses Absa always have, except when they can benefit from you. I just want to sell this dam house to get rid of Absa once and for all. Please don't contact me with more excuses as to why you won't pay. All I can say is once again we pull on the shortest end of the stick when it comes to absa. I won't ever promote absa on the contrary I will let every single person who crosses my path know how useless Absa is!
