Over two weeks ago my vehicle sustained some damage and I immediately made a claim to King Price with regards to the incident. The following day King Price sent over a towing company to pick up the car for further assessment. A week later I had received a call from the panelbeaters notifying me that nobody from King Price had showed up to assess the damage sustained. It has been an additional week since that occurred and by means of calling the panelbeaters I found out that the car had not been worked on and had sustained further damage. After calling King Price to find out about this I was referred to Anica who was in charge of processing this claim and was told that she would call me back. That never happened & when I called to query this I was passed on to the superviser Kobus who assured me that this would be sorted out as soon as possible Till this day King Price have not authorized repairs to commence on the vehicle and after numerous calls to King Price and the panelbeaters, saying that I'm frustrated is an understatement!!!
